If a lease began four months ago and has eight months left, previous rent periods stay Unconfirmed until you record or import what actually happened. Oxyria and Guardian never assume those past periods were missed.
Your subscription is priced in GBP, while each property and tenancy can retain the currency used in its own documents and rent records.
Yes. Oxyria can be added to the Home Screen on iPhone or Android. After installation, you can enable Guardian push notifications.
You can manage your subscription from Oxyria. Your account data remains protected according to the Oxyria privacy and data policies.
